Blue
Heron Restaurant, Montague
Renovations to a lower story of this former mill in Montague
Center created a unique location for a superior restaurant.
Rather than remove it, some of the original mill equipment
was cleaned and left in place to lend character to the setting.

Lightlife
Foods, Turners Falls
Our responsibility in this project was the build out of the
interior of this 57,000 sq.ft. food processing facility and
office space, including construction of the concrete block
office section. The challenge was to bring it from steel frame
to operation in about 4 months, starting by thawing out 57,000
sq.ft. of frozen ground so we could pour concrete. Creative
solutions kept the project on schedule, and on budget. |

Mim's
Market, Northfield
Renovations to the two story porch on this busy market were
done with no disruption to business. A panel system encloses
the second story porch, with glass panels for winter and screens
for summer. (This has become a popular alternative for residential
screen porches, too.) |

Mount
Tom Picnic Pavilion, Holyoke
We have our DCAM certification to allow us to bid on state
jobs such as this beautiful structure on Mount Tom. One thing
we've discovered about publicly funded jobs is that every
one has their own special billing requirements. Fortunately
our office professionals are as skilled as our field crew,
so this isn't a problem. We only ask that you tell us at the
start of the job so we can do it right the first time! |

Lodge
Tire, Greenfield
This 3000 square foot building constructed of split face block
with a bar joist roof was one of our earlier commercial projects.
Since then, we have earned the confidence of several local
companies who call us first for their construction needs. |

Scissorhands
Salon, Greenfield
This six chair hair salon was built on a very tight time line,
with just 40 days from start to finish. The stations were
removed from another salon and reconfigured in our shop to
fit in the new space. This included manufacturing new parts
and a new section to match the existing stations. |
