While it is difficult to raise the roof and add a second
story addition without some disruptions, we do our best
to minimize the inconvenience to the family living in
the house during the process. The walls and roof for this
addition were constructed on the ground. Holes were cut
in the existing roof only as needed to secure the new
structure. After the panels were hoisted into place, the
old roof was removed, minimizing exposure to the outside
elements. |
