Renaissance Builders has an active safety program backed by our written Safety Policy and Procedures. All of our carpenters are responsible for the safety of our job sites. Our projects are inspected daily and our crew participates in weekly safety meetings on site. We all get together regularly to discuss safety issues at our office and sometimes review and practice safety techniques such as how to set up proper protection when disturbing lead paint. In addition to our in- house training, our project managers and crew are OSHA 10 certified. Renaissance Builders has a written, zero tolerance, drug and alcohol policy.
